Safety Protocol

Clean Hands

Clients and team members will sanitize hands upon arrival. Team members wash hands diligently between each client. Regular hand washing is strongly encouraged.

Masks

Clients and team members are required to wear face masks in the treatment room regardless of vaccination status.  Face masks are optional in waiting areas and common areas.

Screening

Clients will be required to complete a screening questionnaire. Clients will not attend any appointment if symptoms are indicated.

Air Quality

Air purifiers with HEPA filtration are in the waiting area and also in each treatment room. Ample time will be assigned between massage appointments to increase clean air flow and air filtration. Filters in each purifier are cleaned and changed frequently.

​Physical Distance

We ask that all clients maintain physical distance in the waiting areas, reception area, doorways, hallways, and elevator.

Symptoms

Clients and team members with any cold, flu, or fever symptoms are asked to stay home. Please be mindful of others if you are having allergy symptoms (i.e. ensure mask is properly fitted, more distance, etc.)

Sanitation

Common surfaces are cleaned regularly. Hospital grade sanitation products are used to clean massage equipment and spa room surfaces between each client. Door handles and counters are also cleaned with high grade disinfectant.

Linens

Linens are changed between massage appointments and disinfected with high quality laundry cleaning products.  Towels used during treatment are always clean and stored properly.

Touchless

We have touchless hand sanitizers to reduce spread of viruses & bacteria. 

 

Touchless soap dispensers are available in restrooms.

No Guests

Please avoid bringing children or guests with you to your appointment.  Extra people in the spa increases the risk of exposure and spread of illnesses.

Early Arrival

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.  We have a large waiting area, so please use the space to keep distance from others.

Patience

Our safety standards and cleaning protocols are thorough and require time. If treatment providers are running late, please be patient. Our main priority is the safety of clients and team members.
