Rachele Brady, LMFTA

As a Marriage & Family Therapist Associate, I believe our lives are constructed by the many relationship connections we experience throughout our lifetime; within ourselves, our families, our communities, and society as a whole. At times, these relationships will flourish and be fulfilling, and at other times we may find ourselves encountering anger, guilt, pain, or grief. While this is completely normal, it can be helpful to have a therapist walk this path with you. This is what fuels my passion to work with individuals, couples, and families at all ages and stages of life. Whatever path you are on, I strive to support you in exploring what brings you to therapy in an empathetic way that focuses on your goals through connection and a deeper understanding.

My work as a structural and narrative therapist is informed by a systemic approach that seeks to help you gain both insight and practical tools to help you navigate current and future challenges. I am committed to working with you toward understanding yourself, your symptoms, and your relationships from a place of validation & empathy so that we can work together toward your goals.

I work with adults, teens, children, couples, and families. My general practice to include guardians in any therapeutic work with children under the age of 18. I am Autism Spectrum Competent, LGBTQ+ Affirming, & Polyamorous Affirming. I work with clients ages 7 and up.

Therapy Services

Initial Intake

Fee:  $165

The intake session is our first meeting. We will thoroughly discuss your history, concerns, symptoms, and goals for therapy. We will also work towards determining goodness of fit. Sometimes it takes a few sessions to determine if we will work well together. I encourage you to research other therapists and find the best provider to fit your needs. As we work together past the intake session, we will continue to explore your experiences, address symptoms, develop strategies, and set new goals as needed. The intake session is 60 minutes.

Therapy Sessions

Fee:  $145

Short term and long term treatment is available depending on your therapy goals. Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly at the start of treatment. As you make progress and get closer to your goals, the frequency of sessions can be reduced. Some clients prefer to continue frequent sessions to maintain their progress and address new issues or stressors. Others choose to return to therapy for monthly sessions or as needed. Sessions are 55 to 60 minutes. Most insurance plans cover unlimited sessions per year. Check with your insurance carrier for any limitations and your out of pocket cost.

*I do not provide psychological evaluations, court-ordered therapy, crisis treatment, or medication management. Telehealth is only available to those living in Washington state.
