Sheila has lived in Washington since 2001. She enjoys the lush trees and greenery of the PNW, as well as the beach, hiking, biking, and roller skating. With a love for all things art, Sheila has a degree in Graphic Design and Printmaking. She is passionate about drawing, painting, pinhole photography, and anything art related.
Sheila graduated from Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in 2014. She graduated as a structural integrator in 2018 from the Northwest Center for Structural Integration. Additionally, she is a Reiki Master. Sheila understands the important connection between the mind, body, and healing. She honors the differences in each client and tailors her treatment to match their current physical and wellness goals. She is highly skilled in injury treatment, deep tissue, trigger point treatment, postural analysis, sports massage, intraoral massage (TMJ), hot stone massage, cupping, and kinesio-taping. Additionally, Sheila is certified in the following specialties--structural integration, myoskeletal alignment, craniosacral treatment, reiki, and BodyMind Bridge.

Sheyanne Fassnacht, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Sheyanne was born and raised in Washington State. She moved from King County to the Olympia area 4 years ago. She has a passion for music and family, enjoys spending time outdoors, and walking her dog. Sheyanne is consistently striving to establish an authentic connection with those who surround her. Through her commitment to wellness and mental health, Sheyanne pursued a career in massage. She began working in the massage industry in 2014 and graduated from the Cortina Institute of Massage in 2015.
Sheyanne has been working in the field for 8 years and has completed training for many massage modalities. Sheyanne specializes in Myofascial release, relaxation massage, wellness treatments, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and sports massage. She has a great touch as she gets into muscles deeply, but not forcefully. She strives to help her clients feel safe and heard regarding their goals and experiences. Sheyanne is excellent at communicating with each client to ensure the best treatment and goal collaboration.

Jessica Sullivan, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Jessica has lived in Washington state since 2015 and enjoys hiking, backpacking, kayaking, and playing disc golf. She completed her training at CORE Institute in Tallahassee, Florida in 1999. As a Board Certified provider in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, Jessica has the highest credential in the profession--proving her commitment, dedication, and expertise.
With a background in Yoga and Pilates, Jessica utilizes self care, stretching, and strengthening in her treatment approach. Postural awareness and modification, mindfulness, and positive thinking are techniques she incorporates into massage sessions, which are individually designed for each client's specific needs. Jessica has strong working relationships with doctors, physical therapists, and chiropractors which allows her to take a team approach to her clients' health care needs. She specializes in deep tissue massage, treating trigger points, headaches, whiplash, rotator cuff injuries, neck and back pain, sciatica, pain associated with pregnancy, surgical scar release, and motor vehicle injuries.
