As a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in mental health. I have experience providing treatment in a variety of clinical settings. To assist my patients in achieving a higher quality of life, I utilize motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, talk therapy, medication management, and counseling. I believe in developing relationships built on mutual respect and trust. Successful treatment involves creating a safe space for patients with empathy, authenticity, and compassion. I strive to create a safe and private space to talk through sensitive personal issues so that concerns can be worked through together.
